Tour Overview
The perfect and most popular choice to see the classic sites of Wadi Rum and experience the spectacular beauty of the desert in just one day. Enjoy a full-day horseback riding tour guided by local Bedouin horsemen.
The tour starts from Wadi Rum Village at 10:00 AM and finishes by sunset time. During the day, you will visit many of Wadi Rum’s main highlights including rock inscriptions, dunes, natural bridges, canyons, and Lawrence’s sites.
You will visit:
- Khazali Canyon and the Nabataean/Thamudic inscriptions
- An Fashiyeh Inscriptions
- The Red Sand Dunes
- Um Fruth Rock Bridge
- Burdah Rock Bridge
- Barragh Canyon (including approx. 1-hour walk)
- Lawrence’s House and Lawrence’s Spring
- Walk through Abu Khasheiba and visit a sunset viewpoint
After sunset, you will head to Beyond Wadi Rum Camp for the night.
Late arrival option: If you arrive after 10:00 AM or in the late afternoon, you can do the tour the next day after breakfast. In this case, the tour will start after breakfast, but you will be charged 40 JOD per person extra because the horse takes more time to reach the camp.

ℹ Late Arrival / Next-Day Start
If the tour starts from the camp after breakfast (instead of from the village at 10:00 AM), an extra 40 JOD per person applies due to additional horse logistics.

We are committed to community-based tourism in Wadi Rum. Kindly note that all tours we arrange and book for you must be handled by the Bedouin of Wadi Rum (camels, horse riding, trekking tours, and 4WD vehicles) in compliance with Wadi Rum Protected Area regulations.
Payments for tours handled by the Bedouin are delivered directly to them to support local families and preserve traditional desert culture. Our role is to act as organizers and coordinators, ensuring smooth arrangements and a high-quality experience for our guests.
