These terms outline the conditions of stay, cancellation policies, payment details, and operational regulations applicable at Beyond Wadi Rum Camp. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following policies.
Most packages include Half Board (Dinner & Breakfast).
No refund in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
All activities inside Wadi Rum are operated by licensed local Bedouin providers under Wadi Rum Authority regulations.
Participation in activities is at the guest’s own responsibility. Travel insurance is recommended.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during their stay. Beyond Wadi Rum Camp is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the camp; signal may vary due to the desert location.
Please inform us in advance of dietary needs, mobility requirements, or special requests. Available options include: Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free.
Pets are not permitted inside the camp.
